Coaching, motivating and developing a team Driving engagement within the team through effective leadership and motivational activities Supervising the team as they process inbound and outbound freight ensuring it meets cut off deadlines Creating a safe work environment by promoting WHS processes and encouraging a safe work culture amongst the team Participating in WHS audits, ensuring process compliance, monitoring the warehouse performance and completing daily reports Supporting our customers by monitoring and ensuring timely shipment connectivity Monitoring e-mail messages and problem solving to address any issues encountered during the shift This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday from 10\:00am - 6\:00pm WHAT CAN YOU BRING? Logistics/Operations leadership experience - Highly Desirable Proven people leader to successfully lead teams to achieve goals and business targets Excellent written and oral communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills Internal/external relationship building, customer service focus, financial and business acumen Ability to balance short-term and long-term demands delivering on departmental targets and strategy Prioritise multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced environment
