We are looking for a strategic leader to develop and implement through your team the pharmacy channel strategy for Australia for the Blackmores and BioCeuticals brands. Responsibilities include: Develop and Execute Pharmacy Channel Strategy, flowing from the strategy to achieve sales targets and household penetration goals. Lead Joint Business Plans for priority customers Coach, support and develop team to drive capability in support of business priorities as well as individual career growth. Sales Growth: Drive sales initiatives, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and revenue Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance data, market trends, and competitive activities. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at key customers Price Pack Architecture: Collaborate with Category teams to ensure the pharmacy channel's needs are met, including the introduction of new tailored products Forecasting and P&L ownership for the Pharmacy channel Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives that reflect Blackmores’ values and purpose. Who are you? 10 years experience in a Head of Channel or Senior Sales leader capacity Building relationships with customers and key stakeholders to enable a strategic business partnership Proven ability to engage, coach & influence at a senior leadership level, while building effective relationships across organisational boundaries. A creator of high performing culture Resilient and comfortable operating 'in the grey’ Degree in Business, Economics, Commerce or similar.
