This senior role is central to modernising our ICT operating model, enhancing service delivery, and driving a customer-focused approach across the University. As Director, Service Management, you’ll lead the teams responsible for infrastructure, networks, systems, and ICT security, ensuring our technology environment is robust, reliable, and future ready.
