Pearl Home Care Gippsland/Cardinia is seeking an exceptional Case Manager for our Cardinia/Gippsland region, passionate about aged care and experienced in client and staff coordination. Proudly owned and operated by Registered Nurses, we provide high-quality support services and specialised nursing care to help Gippsland community members live independently, with dignity, choice and comfort in their own homes. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Care Manager, collaborating with a supportive team to ensure our clients receive the very best care. You’ll also help grow our client base, support our staff, and contribute to initiatives that make a genuine difference in people’s lives.
