Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and cleanliness standards. Qualifications: Previous experience in a delicatessen, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for food. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
