Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day motel operations including check-in/check-out procedure, housekeeping. and guest relations. Oversee front desk operations. including reservations. payments. and customer service. Manage housekeeping and maintenance schedules to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of rooms and facilities. Supervise and train staff(housekeeping. maintenance. admin as needed) Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. monitor occupancy. revenus. and expenses and prepare reports as required. Ensure compliance with health. safety. and legal requirements. Coordinate with booking platforms and manage online reviews. Perform minor maintenance tasks if required. About You Previous motel/hospitality management experience (preferred but not essential) Friendly, professional and proactive approach to guest service. Ability to manage staff rosters. budgets, and operational tasks. Ability to work autonomously and as a team. Handy with general maintenance and problem-solving Proficient in using booking/reservation systems. Australian work rights and current driver’s licence. Ability to work flexible hours. including weekends and public holidays.
