We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Home Care Package Coordinator with a heart of gold, who understands the importance of offering quality support to our customers. This is a full-time role Monday - Friday. Working hours are flexible with start times between 7.30am and 8.30am and finish times between 3.30pm and 4.30pm. Current WA Driver's Licence Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and a willingness to work within Southcare’s Mission & Values.
