About the Role As a Visual Merchandiser at General Pants Co., you’ll play a key role in bringing our product stories to life in-store and supporting teams to deliver best-in-class visual execution. What you’ll do Ensure all visual merchandising displays are delivered to the highest standard. Style mannequins, outfit builds, windows, and key promotional areas to drive sales and engagement. Support and train store teams on General Pants’ Visual Merchandising guidelines. Adapt quickly to business needs, including promo setups, markdowns, seasonal launches, and VM directives. Collaborate with key departments to ensure stock placement reflects each store’s look, feel, and customer demographic. Analyse store reports to identify product performance issues and take action to improve results. Assist with new direction launches and merch days, ensuring consistent execution across the business. Find creative, commercial ways to attract customers and maximise sales through VM. About you Qualification in fashion or related field Passion for fashion and retail with industry experience Strong organisation and leadership skills VM management or supervisory experience across multiple stores Good understanding of customer demographics and competitors Skilled in coaching and developing others Proficient in MS Office and design tools (InDesign, Illustrator) Motivated self-starter with a growth mindset Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning Collaborative, generous with knowledge, and supportive of others’ development Resilient, self-aware, and committed to improvement Empathetic, kind, and authentic in approach About Us At General Pants, we believe in creating a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes and celebrates individuality and an entrepreneurial spirit.
