MM Electrical Merchandising Klemzig is seeking an Internal Sales team member to provide excellent service to a wide-ranging customer base within a supportive, high-energy workplace. This is a permanent full-time position based in Klemzig, SA. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm. Your key responsibilities will include: Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries. Counter sales including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set. Actioning customer requests and enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and via email. Liaising with suppliers and creating purchase orders. Responsibility for managing key accounts. Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and requests as required. What you’ll need to succeed You have a background in customer service, preferably within a wholesale environment – ideally electrical, though we also welcome candidates with solid retail sales experience. You are a fast learner with the ability to build product knowledge quickly. Hardworking and driven, you are eager to expand your skills and advance your career within the company. You have exceptional people skills and communication abilities - be able to communicate with a range of individuals. A true team player, you’re ready to jump in and help wherever needed. You have full Australian working rights with no restrictions – Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident as sponsorship is not offered for this position.
