Have been in business for over 15 years. About The Role Foreman / Site Manager to deliver a new build double storey luxury home in the Upper North Shore - Pymble. $2m value project. Required to manage the build from demolition through to completion. Project due to start in September. $110k to $140k super. Duties Site management of trades and staff. Quality assurance. Reading and interpreting architectural plans. Scheduling trades. Ordering materials. Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required. Site progress reports. Site inductions and toolbox talks. WH&S. Skills & Experience Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc) Experience of managing high-end residential building projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions & additions etc. Ability to manage stakeholder relations. Good attention to detail.
