Program Coordinator | Energy | Large-Scale Digital Transformation Salt is proud to partner with a leading global Energy & Utilities organisation embarking on a major digital transformation program. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Coordinator to provide critical program support and ensure seamless delivery across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, complex environment. The Role Reporting to the Program Manager, you will act as the central point of coordination, ensuring program governance, progress tracking, and financial oversight. This is a pivotal role where you will work closely with senior leaders and stream leads to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and ensure clear communication across the program lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Support Program Manager and stream leads in developing and managing detailed project plans. Monitor program performance and prepare progress reports highlighting key risks, issues, and overall program health. Manage and maintain the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) register, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Oversee program budget management with financial diligence and accountability. Capture and distribute minutes and actions from Steering Group and program meetings. Coordinate logistics for key workshops, including scheduling, invitations, and preparation. What We're Looking For 5 years of proven Program Coordinator experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Strong technical proficiency with the Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint and Visio. Experience with SAP Financials highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. What's on Offer 12-month contract with strong potential to extend. $650 - $700 per day . Hybrid working model - 3 days onsite at Greystanes, Sydney (onsite requirements may flex depending on program phase).
