In the current market, the majority of our government clients are looking to fill salaried non-ongoing contracts (also known as fixed-term contracts). However, labour hire contracts are still available primarily for project-based work. The Role Assist in the management of property leases, agreements, and contracts Maintain accurate property records, databases, and reporting tools Support space planning, fit-outs, relocations, and maintenance coordination Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and relevant agencies Ensure compliance with government property policies and procurement guidelines Contribute to asset management planning and performance monitoring The Ideal Person We are seeking to connect with property professionals who have demonstrated experience managing government property or accommodation portfolios and who thrive in fast-paced, governance-driven environments.
