The opportunity Reporting to the Regional Operations Leader and leading a diverse team of educators, the Campus Director will: Provide hands-on leadership to inspire and develop the educator team Drive retention by strengthening family trust and ensuring a high-quality experience Build on an already positive culture while restoring stability after leadership changes Lead operational performance including staffing, compliance, and commercial outcomes Partner with education specialists to ensure best-practice educational delivery About you You are a confident and capable leader with experience managing large or complex early learning services.
