Your role, your impact As a senior Occupational Therapist, you’ll lead with purpose—providing clinical supervision, mentoring, and support to other clinicians and students, while managing your own caseload. You’ll help shape service delivery through evidence-based practice, clinical governance, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: Lead and supervise clinicians and support staff to ensure safe and effective service delivery Manage your own caseload and support allocation across the team Provide secondary consultation for complex cases and contribute to clinical audits Support student placements and contribute to teaching and supervision Participate in clinical governance and performance reviews Promote best practice by reviewing guidelines and integrating evidence-based care Who we’re looking for Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration Certificate in Level 2 First Aid and NDIS screening check Current driver’s license High level of clinical expertise in community-based settings Experience supervising staff and students Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Commitment to quality improvement and professional development What will make you stand out Experience supervising other staff members Experience in provisional supervision What’s in it for you At Each you’ll be supported to be your best.
