Job Description Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc. Manager safety management across projects and delivery contractors Development, implementation and continued monitoring of the Project Quality Management Plan Identify non-conformances and defects during design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities. Implement Corrective Actions to prevent reoccurrence. Develop and implement inspection planning and scheduling activities, monitor and report of inspection progress Oversee and Manage Supplier / Subcontractor Quality Management Managing project timelines, risks and reporting Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track Chairing project meetings with clients and consultants Being engaged with marketing and business development initiatives
