About the Role: As a Draftsperson (or Junior Draftsperson), you’ll be an integral part of our design team, working closely with Estimating, Building Approvals, and Client Support to produce accurate and high-quality residential drawings. Your attention to detail and eagerness to learn will help ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction. Key Benefits: Long-term job stability with a well-established builder Work in a modern, well-resourced office environment Enjoy a positive workplace culture that values teamwork and innovation Ongoing professional development opportunities What We’re Looking For: A genuine interest in residential construction and design Ideally 1–2 years of experience in drafting (or strong academic portfolio for junior applicants) Familiarity with Queensland and New South Wales building codes (a plus, not essential) Awareness of current design trends, facades, and finishes Proficiency in Revit (essential) Certificate IV in Building Design Drafting or similar qualification Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn Good communication and time management skills Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and compliant working drawings for residential projects Collaborate with senior drafters and other departments to meet project deadlines Ensure plans align with building codes and internal standards Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment Support the drafting team in maintaining high-quality documentation Interviews Please forward your up-to-date Resume asap.
