Position Overview We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact in our busy service department, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for our customers, ensuring they feel welcomed and well looked after from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities : Greet customers on arrival and provide a warm, professional first impression. Assist customers with booking service appointments and directing enquiries. Answer incoming calls and respond to service-related enquiries. Support the Service Advisors by preparing documentation and managing appointment schedules. Keep customers informed about wait times, updates, and general service processes. Maintain an organised reception area that reflects our dealership's professionalism. Provide administrative support to the service team as required. Qualifications and Experience : Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role (automotive experience highly regarded). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. A customer-first mindset with a friendly and approachable manner.
