Job Title: LF Licensed Forklift Operator | Rate: $35–$40 per hour Super | Location: Western Sydney, NSW | Employment Type: Casual with ongoing opportunities We are partnering with leading retailer to find reliable, safety-focused LF licensed forklift operators to support their fast-moving warehouse operation. This role offers consistent shifts, a respectful work culture, and the opportunity to be part of a growing team that values precision, teamwork, and care. Key Responsibilities: • Operate LF-certified forklift equipment safely and efficiently within a busy fulfilment centre • Load and unload goods from trucks and staging areas • Replenish stock into racking and pick faces • Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure seamless operations and accurate order movement • Follow all WHS procedures, site safety rules, and company protocols • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work area • Support general warehouse duties as required during peak periods What We’re Looking For: • A current and valid LF Forklift Licence (issued by SafeWork) • Recent experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics setting • Strong safety mindset and ability to follow detailed processes • Clear communication and ability to work well in a team environment • Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks when required • Availability for ongoing work with consistent attendance What You Can Expect: • A supportive and safety-first workplace culture • Consistent hours with the potential for overtime • Weekly pay with industry-competitive rates • Onboarding support and regular check-ins from your recruitment partner • Opportunities for long-term or permanent roles for the right candidates
