Our client is on the lookout for a Business Support Manager who's ready to step into a key leadership role. This position sits at the heart of the organisation, connecting frontline teams with executive leadership to ensure services are delivered with precision, care, and strategic intent. What You'll Be Doing: Operations & Service Delivery Lead workforce rostering and scheduling across aged care and NDIS supports Ensure service delivery meets Award/EBA conditions and client expectations Keep the care management system (AlayaCare) humming with accurate data and confident users Compliance & Safety Stay on top of incident reports, complaints, and WHS protocols Help maintain a safe and supportive environment for both clients and staff Monitor staff credentials and training to meet industry standards Finance & Admin Oversee NDIS claims and HCP statements with accuracy Work closely with Finance to align budgets, track service utilisation, and manage client package balances People & Culture Be the go-to for HR queries, training coordination, and staff availability Support recruitment and onboarding processes Help drive staff engagement and retention initiatives Strategic Support Provide daily roster reports and insights to leadership Track KPIs and contribute to audits and sector reform projects (like Support at Home 2025) Who You'll Work With: You'll collaborate across the organisation, from frontline Support Workers and RNs to the Managing Director and Finance team. You'll be the glue that keeps operations aligned and flowing.
