We are seeking motivated and reliable Help Desk Analysts to join a 24/7 rotating shift team based in Ingleburn, NSW. This is a permanent, full-time role offering stability, growth, and the opportunity to work with advanced technologies that support critical operations across Australia and internationally. The Role & What’s on Offer Permanent full-time employment (not contract) 6–8 week training program (1 week induction shadowing on shifts) Exposure to cutting-edge Linux-based systems and AWS environments Supportive, collaborative team culture with opportunities for learning and growth Provide 24/7 Help Desk support on a rotating roster (day, night, weekend shifts) Remotely monitor, troubleshoot, and support Linux-based field systems and AWS cloud servers Act as the first point of contact for operators and staff via phone, Slack, and messaging platforms Escalate issues when required and maintain accurate logs/documentation Assist in onboarding and supporting new Help Desk team members Collaborate with other internal teams (engineering, verification, operations) when needed About You Experience in Help Desk, IT Support, or Technical Support roles Confident in troubleshooting Linux environments; exposure to AWS is highly regarded Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team Flexible and committed to working a rotating 24/7 roster Able to pass police and driving history checks Willingness to travel nationally on occasion and maintain a secure home office setup Familiarity with Jira Service Management (JSM), Slack, Confluence, call forwarding tools & CCTV monitoring systems If you are willing to travel to Ingleburn and support the team for the long term, this opportunity is for you .
