Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management of a residential portfolio Leasing and routine inspections supported by the team Maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships Requirements: 2–3 years experience in Property Management Current certificate of registration and driver's licence Benefits: Salary up to $90,000 Super Company car for out-of-office tasks Support with routines and leasing SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER Location: Brisbane's Inner North Salary: $90k - $95k base super KPI bonuses (approx. $4000- $5000 per year) mobile airpods capacity to make referral commissions – both new business managements and also sales Manage a portfolio of 150-160 properties with out-of-office support. What’s Included: Manage from end to end with full admin, leasing and trust account supports Routines (with some assistances), ECR’s and Vacates are part of this role Dedicated Leasing Team – so no viewings; application processing, owner feedback etc Dedicated New Business Team Dedicated Trust Accountant – so no trust accounting Dedicated administration support so no paperwork 1 day work from home once onboarded Requirements: Strong Property Management experience QLD certificate of registration SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER – HYBRID WORK MODEL Location: Brisbane's Inner/Mid Southern Suburbs Salary: Up to $90,000 - $95,000 Super WFH: 2 Days per Week following onboarding Manage a clean portfolio of 170 properties with an assistant for fieldwork and admin. Perks: Flexible hybrid working – WFH 1x per week Dedicated assistant support Modern systems and progressive team Requirements: 3 years in Property Management Certificate of registration ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGERS (MULITPLE ROLES) Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 Super Location: Inner South, Mid Southern Suburbs, Inner West Launch your Property Management career with a leading agency offering training, mentorship, and hands-on experience. Key Duties: Conduct entry/vacate inspections and condition reports Lease preparation and tenancy admin Support with general property tasks Requirements: Minimum 6 months property management experience Certificate of registration required Access to own vehicle ROUTINES INSPECTION OFFICER / NEW BUSINESS SUPPORT Salary: $70,000 Super Fuel Allowance or Access to Company Car Location: Inner North Key Duties: Conduct routine inspections of residential properties for our Property Management Team to ensure they are maintained to the highest standard. Document and report on the condition of properties, providing detailed feedback to the Property Manager, owners and tenants Work closely with the property management team to address maintenance issues, resolve tenant concerns, and ensure properties are in compliance with regulations Assist PMs with Entry Condition Report when required Provide support for new business opportunities, including preparing property listings, assisting with tenant inquiries, and onboarding new clients Assist with administrative tasks related to property management, including managing reports, tracking inspections, and maintaining records, collect files and keys Requirements: Minimum 6 months property management experience Certificate of registration required Access to own vehicle FLOATING ONSITE PROPERTY MANAGER – INNER NORTH Location: Inner North S alary: $85,000 Super Benefits: Gym Membership Daily Lunches Provide operational support to a group of onsite managers. Duties Include: Leasing, inspections, and property admin General property coordination Saturday leasing required (once per fortnight) Ideal For: Experienced PMs or Onsite Managers Strong communication and flexibility SALES SUPPORT ROLES SALES ADMINISTRATOR – BRISBANE NORTH Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 Super Location: Mid Northern Suburbs Join a high-performing sales team providing end-to-end sales admin support to a top agent.
