But before this new chapter can begin, it needs a clear view of what’s what and what can be … To support this, a new role has been created for a well-organised, insightful Business Analyst to serve as a sherpa for the organisation’s evolution– a perceptive professional who can shine a light on future improvements. In this role, you’ll be working closely with a newly appointed Projects Manager to drive continuous improvement and encourage a strong ‘let’s-work-together” culture across the business. Motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference, you’ll be empowered to pursue initiatives that enhance lives and strengthen community outcomes. Here, you’ll analyse problems and opportunities, map processes, draw insights from data and design action plans. And – most importantly – you’ll use your ‘super power’ - to clearly articulate the ‘why’ in comfortable, everyday language that everyone can understand.
