We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead site-wide engineering and maintenance operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role includes full responsibility for CAPEX projects and new line installations. Client Details Our client is an FMCG manufacturing, site based in Bomaderry NSW. Description Lead all engineering and maintenance activities across the site, including a maintenance team. Manage CAPEX projects from concept to commissioning, including new line builds and installations. Mange a team of maintenance fitters & electricians. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards. Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Collaborate with supply chain and operations to align engineering with business goals. Drive operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve asset reliability. Manage external contractors and ensure high standards of safety and performance. Maintain strict budget control and deliver on cost-reduction KPIs. Champion OHS and risk management in a high-pressure manufacturing environment. Support continuous improvement and lean transformation initiatives. Profile The successful Site Engineering Manager should have: Experience in Maintenance and Engineering Management within FMCG, Food Manufacturing or Pharmaceuticals. Proven experience managing CAPEX projects, including installation of new production lines. Strong leadership and team management skills.
