Key Responsibilities Itinerary Curation & Quoting Respond to client inquiries and collaborate with discerning travellers to craft bespoke itineraries tailored to specific interests and budgets. Balance creativity with meticulous attention to detail. Prepare detailed proposals and pricing within defined budgets and timelines. Ensure itineraries reflect Sydney’s rich culture, history, and dynamic offerings. Stakeholder & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, including: Inbound Tour Operators (ITOs), Wholesalers, Travel Agents, and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) Chief Concierges at Sydney’s top hotels Direct clients, ensuring a personalised and seamless experience Tour Coordination & Logistics Confirm tour bookings, issue invoices, and oversee all logistical arrangements. Orchestrate flawless experiences with third-party providers, including transportation, dining, and exclusive events. Maintain accurate records within our CRM platform. Post-Tour Engagement & Quality Enhancement Conduct follow-ups with guests and partners to gather insights and feedback. Use feedback to continually refine and elevate the experience portfolio. Encourage and manage guest testimonials across platforms such as TripAdvisor and Google Reviews. Skills & Qualifications Preferred: Experience in the luxury tourism or travel industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptionally strong time management and attention to detail Ability to work independently and proactively. In-depth knowledge of Sydney’s cultural, culinary, and hospitality landscape. Ideal Candidate Attributes A passion for curating exceptional travel experiences.
