Overview An opportunity for a Project Director across the transport and civil industry to join a tier 1 design consultancy is currently available. With several projects across Metronet, MRWA and the built environment underway, a role has been created at the demand of the client to manage a portfolio of 3 major projects and ETCS work that will require extensive leadership, coordination and communication skills to successfully engage and guide major project delivery teams, whilst working closely with end clients and contractors. Join a professional and established tier 1 team. Base pay A$200,000.00/yr - A$300,000.00/yr Salary $200K - $300K bonus Responsibilities Coordinate and provide a technical overview to both local and remote design teams on large-size projects, and manage the client relationships on your projects. Take the projects from feasibility, concept, detailed design and handover. What Areas Can You Make a Difference? Our clients are looking for individuals with experience running major projects across transportation and the built environment industries. Your technical experience is important, but our clients are also looking for individuals who can contribute to a positive company culture and a vibrant office environment! What Are We Looking For: Degree in any Engineering discipline. 15 years overall and 5 in the position of design manager. Australian experience preferred, or experience in similar markets. Ability to deal with stakeholders and win consistent work through relationships.
