Key Responsibilities Technical Pre-Sales : Collaborate with teams to craft proposal solutions, design technical proposals, and create PoCs/Demos for client engagements Software Solution Design : Design end-to-end solutions that meet client objectives, define architecture, and collaborate with development teams for implementation Client Engagement : Work directly with clients to understand needs and provide expert guidance, fostering knowledge sharing within cross-functional teams Documentation & Quality Assurance : Develop detailed architectural documentation, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting continuous learning and skill development What You Bring 10 years of experience in software dev/architecture Cloud fluency (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP a bonus!) Microservices, APIs, modern web frameworks - check, check, check Comfortable with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Databricks, Snowflake, data isn't just a buzzword to you Real-world experience solving real-world business challenges, from retail to fintech to healthcare Mentorship, code reviews, capacity building - you help teams thrive Fluent in English, both technical and conversational (dad jokes optional but appreciated) Bonus Points Advanced degrees or certs in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar Experience in Australia's Finance, Retail, or Healthcare industries Why CI&T?
