Overview We are seeking a Supervisor/Manager - Corporate Advisory at Nexia Sydney . This is an opportunity for an experienced senior Corporate Finance professional to grow their career by working with our Corporate Advisory Partners. You will supervise the team and manage workflow, ensuring team members are supported and developed appropriately. The successful candidate will advise Directors across the firm on corporate advisory transactions and build a network of referral sources. Responsibilities Supervise the team and manage the flow of tasks, supporting and developing team members. Provide advice and expertise to Directors across the firm on a range of corporate advisory transactions including: business and equity valuations, independent expert reports, purchase price allocations, M&A, IPOs, financial due diligence, accountant report investigations, equity capital raisings, private equity, bank pre-lending and financial modelling. Qualifications Minimum 6-8 years' experience in a Chartered firm, with at least 4 years in corporate advisory (due diligence, valuation and IERs, financial modelling, buy or sell-side advisory). Post-graduate qualification (e.g., the CA program). Excellent understanding of technical issues including changes to legislation, valuations and accounting standards. Advanced research skills using S&P Capital IQ, IBIS World and SAI Global. Excellent negotiation skills and strong oral and written communication.
