Direct message the job poster from Roundtree Search Real Estate Private Credit and Private Equity Recruitment Professional | 0478723369 Roundtree Search is seeking a leader within the world of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Private Credit. We are working with a leading Australian CRE non-bank lender, backed by various forms of institutional capital, to find a Head of Execution. We seek an individual who is transaction driven and comfortable leading their team of credit professionals, whilst navigating a broad range of large, complex transactions. This senior leadership role will take ownership of the structuring, negotiation and execution of real estate credit transactions across the full capital stack. Reporting into the CIO, you will provide strategic leadership, mentor high-performing team members, and drive transaction processes from origination through to successful close. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate complex real estate credit transactions, including due diligence, structuring and documentation. Provide leadership, coaching and development to Investment team members. Present investment opportunities and strategies to IC and senior stakeholders. Build and manage relationships with sponsors, advisors, legal counsel and capital partners. Candidate Profile: 10 years’ experience in Real Estate Finance, within Private Credit or banking (Private credit experience is advantageous, but not essential). Advanced credit analysis, loan structuring and financial modelling expertise. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire teams. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management experience.
