About the role This full-time Social Media & Content Specialist position at Ever Australia Pty Ltd offers an exciting opportunity to drive the company's digital marketing and social media presence. Based in our Silverwater, NSW office, you will play a key role in creating and executing engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience and supports our overall marketing strategy. What you'll be doing Develop and implement creative, data-driven social media strategies and content plans across multiple platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) Create high-performing organic social media content including posts, videos, graphics and captions Monitor social media performance, analyse data, and provide insights to optimise content and campaigns Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media initiatives are aligned with broader marketing objectives Community management, including responding to comments and messages in a timely and on-brand manner Support the content creation process by writing, editing and proofreading website copy, blogs and other marketing materials Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates and best practices What we're looking for 3-5 years' experience in a social media or content marketing role, preferably in a B2C or retail environment Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand copy Solid understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to optimise performance Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Canva, Sprout Social) Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year Benefits: Employee discount Salary packaging Application Question(s): What's your expected annual base salary?
