Study allowances to upskill qualifications (including Early Childhood Teaching degrees, T&Cs apply) Travel allowances (T&Cs apply) About the role: Receptionist (70-80%): General reception duties inclusive of but not limited to answering phones and directing all queries Printing, collation and distribution of all weekly materials A bubbly, welcoming personality, maintaining a smile and a "can-do" attitude Assisting with the day to day operations of the Centre Management of office supplies Filing & Scanning Maintaining a clean and tidy office space/environment - Lunch Cover (20-30%): Covering a couple of lunch breaks while other Educators are on breaks Ad-hoc time on the floor to support ratio as required About you: Certificate III/Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved) – desirable Strong administrative and organisational skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both over the phone and face to face High level computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office suite Strong customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders Excellent time management and scheduling skills Demonstrated active listening, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work calmly and accurately in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of the National Quality Framework including: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Little Zak's Child Safety Commitment Little Zak’s Academy is a Child Safe Organisation.
