The Role As Project Coordinator, you’ll be the engine that keeps our client projects running at pace. No two days will look the same; one moment, you’ll be managing project schedules, coordinating client communications, or pivoting plans when priorities shift, the next, you’ll be providing general administrative support organising events, office supplies etc, ensuring smooth operations at the office. Key Responsibilities Coordinate projects across multiple engagements, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Provide general office administration support for day-to-day activities and events. Play an integral role in supporting end-to-end delivery of all projects(scheduling, invoicing, logistics, client liaison). Be the ‘go-to’ person for Consultants and Clients, managing logistics, communications, and project administration. Confidently flex between structured planning and fast problem-solving when things shift. About you Proven project coordination experience, supporting multiple stakeholders. Excellent organisation and time management skills with multitasking abilities. Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities, adapt to the business needs. A proactive, problem-solving approach, you spot issues before they become roadblocks. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders with varied styles. Ability to use MS-Powerpoint and Excel confidently will be a bonus. A collaborative, team-first spirit and the confidence to take initiative. Why Join Us?
