About the Role: In this role, you will provide broad-scale leadership, mentoring and support across C&K to implement inclusive educational strategies and improve outcomes for all children. Supporting the development and implementation of inclusive practice , encompassing proactive strategies and initiatives in relation to health, safety and wellbeing of children at C&K. Providing strategic direction and support to assist children from priority groups to access early education and care services across Queensland. Working collaboratively to advance improved early childhood developmental outcomes - championing early education strategies in relation to vulnerable families and inclusion. Maintain broad and expert knowledge of current best practice, recommended guidelines and legislation relating to early childhood inclusive education and cultural diversity. Supporting C&K’s advocacy, research and innovation strategies in relation to providing responsive evidence based inclusive educational programs for children and families from vulnerable backgrounds. Supporting C&K centres to meet compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, education standards, and C&K policies, procedures and operational standards in relation to inclusive education. What you’ll bring Bachelor or post-graduation qualifications in Education (Early Childhood education will be preferred) Experience developing and implementing innovative and evidence based inclusion strategies for children in an education setting. Experience in developing and delivering professional learning content for educators to promote an inclusive education style. An understanding or willingness to familiarize the National Quality Framework, and legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to early childhood education and care. Experience in successfully managing programs and projects. Experience in planning, supporting and delivering of new programs and key initiatives to improve business outcomes.
