NO Job Details: · Set and enforce minimum engineering standards required to reliably operate environments during delivery. · Align with governance and frameworks defined by the Enterprise Environment Function, including access controls, reporting, exception handling, and path-to-production health. · Maintain strong working relationships with the Platform team, Delivery team, Program and Projects to align on priorities and stakeholder needs. · Design and establish solution-wide observability for visibility of service health and incident investigation. · Drive continuous improvement through automation, CI/CD adoption, and feedback loops. · Develop and maintain the enterprise environment strategy, including provisioning, integration, and cost tracking · Gather environment requirements from stakeholders and convert them into environment designs · Detailed environment and integration design for each shared environment · Highlight challenges and technical dependencies in your solutions while suggesting approaches to reach the target state through clear and unambiguous methodologies. · Work with engineering teams to provide thought leadership, mentorship and be a source of support to help ensure alignment of engineering solutions with target state solutions. · Participate in the creation and on-going maintenance of engineering rituals (including standards, processes, documentation, ways of working etc.), and serve as the custodian or go-to person for all engineering concerns within the platform you lead. · Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, customer service, and integrity through clear communication and thoughtful actions.
