The Role Seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day Scheduling and Mobilisation requirements for upcoming civil projects. Permanent Monday-Friday role based in Subiaco, Perth We are seeking someone who will provide a high level of service to our current and future clients as well as to our management and other staff members. Key Responsibilities: Booking flights and accommodation of all direct and indirect employees to client sites. Managing mobilisation and de-mobilisation of employees. Booking inductions and training specific to each role/site and in line with client and SRG Global requirements. Client liaison and engagement. Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements. Ongoing review of all systems and operations to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to all SRG Global Management Systems and Legislative Requirements. General administration duties. To give the highest level of service possible to all our clients. Essential and Desirable Skills: Proven experience in a scheduling & rostering role (must have) Experience within the mining, construction, engineering industry (desirable) Experience with Myosh and/or JobPac (desirable) Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel processing skills About Us SRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
