Drive performance and quality across diverse motor claims portfolios Boost efficiency through technical expertise and smart stakeholder collaboration Location is flexible About the r ole The Customer Claims Operations Advisor is responsible for the oversight and management of various portfolios within motor claims. This can include SVA, Nat Haz, working loss claims where performance in key operational metrics will be critical to motor claims success. You will work with teams both onshore and offshore to achieve these and create a strong stakeholder relationship that leverage scale and reporting to report back to the manager. What You'll Do Provide technical expertise and support to ensure ongoing quality decisions and outcomes Support Operations in the identification of operational improvement portfolio health activities, workforce effectiveness and process opportunities Review operational metrics and dashboards to determine next steps on claims and portfolio management Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying root cause and acting on opportunities to drive efficiency, improve productivity, reduce cost Work with Manager to review outcomes and identify trends to ensure performance is improved and identify skill gaps What You'll Bring Minimum 5 years in insurance claims and/or financial services experience Minimum 2 years with technical experience/coaching Experience working with stakeholders PD - Operations Technical Advisor.docx If you require any support and adjustments to participate equitably in our recruitment process or in the workplace, we encourage you to contact phillip.jarratt@suncorp.com.au for a confidential conversation.
