Your new adventure awaits We are seeking an experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to cover a minimum 12 month contract position (with a view to extend). The succesful applicant will have: The ability to build and maintain strong, respectful, relationships with children, families, colleagues and the local community. a passion for continuous improvement and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. a sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Regulations, Quality Improvement Plans (QIP), Child Safe Standards, Early Years Learning Framwork (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and National Quality Framework (NQF) Extensive experience implementing an inclusive and high quality curriculum, documentation and following the planning cycle.
