The Role We are seeking an experienced, values-driven General Manager to lead our NSW/ACT operations. You will have full P&L accountability and oversee ~300 employees across multiple locations and brands. This pivotal role drives growth, operational excellence, and high-quality service, while building high-performing teams and fostering a customer-centric culture. Key Responsibilities Lead the NSW/ACT business with full P&L accountability; Oversee a workforce of ~300 employees across multiple locations and brands; Drive operational excellence, ensuring consistency and quality of services; Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing leadership team and frontline workforce; Deliver growth through both increased case volumes and enhanced service offerings; Identify and implement commercial efficiencies and operational improvements; Strengthen community engagement and industry relationships; Represent InvoCare at industry events, networks, and external stakeholder groups; Translate strategic priorities into clear operational outcomes; and Foster collaboration, trust, and alignment across a complex, multi-site business. About You You are a proven senior leader with strong operational and commercial expertise, capable of balancing empathy with resilience in a sensitive and purpose-driven industry; You thrive in complex, multi-site environments and have a track record of delivering growth, building teams, and driving operational success; Senior leadership of 100 employees, ideally 300; Proven P&L accountability of $50m or greater; Strong commercial acumen – ability to interpret and operationalise P&L levers; End-to-end operational leadership experience (sales, customer service, operations); Multi-site management experience in customer-focused industries (e.g. aged care, property, telco, or similar); Ability to lead through change while maintaining stability and performance; Experience creating and sustaining high-performance cultures; and Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
