About the Role This permanent, full-time position offers a unique opportunity to lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of workforce analytics solutions. With a strong technical foundation, you will balance hands-on solution development with client engagement to deliver high-impact outcomes. The role spans solution design, data engineering, automation, and analytics delivery across a broad client base. You’ll also play a key part in mentoring junior team members and shaping the future direction of the organisation’s workforce analytics practice. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimise advanced workforce analytics solutions; Deliver scalable pipelines, dashboards, and models leveraging Python, Databricks, and Azure; Balance technical delivery with client engagement, building trust and providing expert advisory input; Mentor consultants and contribute to peer reviews within the team; Drive innovation through new tools, dashboards, and automation opportunities; and Support the ongoing expansion of the workforce analytics portfolio. About You To be successful, you will bring: Extensive experience in Python development and data engineering; Strong capability with Azure (DevOps CI/CD, functions, app services, SQL server, containers); Experience delivering workforce, payroll, or HR analytics solutions (Databricks experience advantageous); Excellent communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to influence and present effectively; Proven ability to solve complex problems and adapt solutions for large-scale enterprise environments; and A collaborative approach, with experience mentoring and supporting junior team members.
