Job Description The Heart Foundation is seeking a Philanthropy Specialist to join their team in Subiaco.As Australias leading heart health charity, the Heart Foundation is dedicated to reducing the impact of heart disease through research, prevention, and support. This full-time, permanent role is responsible for growing and managing high-value donor relationships across Western Australia. Reporting to the WA General Manager, youll lead the states major gifts and trust/foundation portfolio, collaborating with local and national teams to deliver measurable impact.
