Overview Subject Matter Expert - Cancer Nursing - Medical Oncology at NSW Health. This role is part-time (20 hours per week), exempt, until June 2027. Location: 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards, Sydney. Remuneration: $127,150.00 - $144,444.00 per annum, plus superannuation and 17.5% leave loading. Position Classification: Health Manager Level 3. Requisition ID: REQ603856. Responsibilities Provide expert clinical knowledge and review and update education resources on the eviQ Education website. Contribute to cancer control initiatives and education for health professionals in NSW. Essential Qualifications and Experience Tertiary qualification in nursing or equivalent. Extensive and current experience working in medical oncology as a registered nurse or equivalent clinical role in adult cancer services (experience across paediatric and adult cancer settings preferred but not essential). Experience in writing and developing education content/resources for a health professional audience. Strong problem-solving, decision making and sound judgement capabilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including correct spelling, grammar and punctuation. Ability to work autonomously, be self-driven and communicate effectively with the broader team about work status.
