Description and Requirements Job Responsibilities: 1.Analyze business pain points and design end-to-end digital solutions (e.g., RPA robots combined with AI models) to automate repetitive tasks such as cross-system data migration and form processing. 2.Integrate AI technologies such as OCR/ICR, NLP and LLM to process unstructured data (such as scanned documents and email intent recognition), and develop "cognitive robots". 3.Track the integration trends of RPA and AI (such as low-code development, hyper-automation, edge AI), and promote technological pre-research and product transformation. 4.Establish reusable scenario libraries and component libraries (such as universal OCR templates, email classification algorithms) to reduce project implementation costs. 5.Implement tools to extend LLM functionality, leveraging automation technologies/tools such as UIPath, Power Automate. 6.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI Automation opportunities and guide development. 7.Ensure automation solutions and deliverables align with business objectives and security/compliance. Job Requirements: 1.3 year experience on RPA development; or proven skill/experience on Python/Java development. 2.A bachelor's degree or above in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, software engineering, mathematics, or a related field is required. 3.Ability to have good communicate in English, both written and verbal. 4.Proficient in machine learning/deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and capable of designing classification and prediction models (e.g., text classification, image recognition) is a plus. 5.Having the ability to quickly learn new technologies and maintaining a high level of sensitivity to AI technological innovation and industrial applications 6.Proficient in at least one mainstream RPA tool (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate), with a solid grasp of process modeling, debugging, and deployment workflows. 7.Familiar with UI automation technologies (e.g., PyAutoGUI, Playwright) and API integration (RESTful, SOAP). 8.Strong programming skills on Python (must), and familiar with Java and Java Script 9.Proficient in model optimization (quantization, pruning) and deployment tools (ONNX Runtime, FastAPI), enabling inference on cloud/edge devices. 10.Collaborate with business departments to identify automation needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions. 11.Experience on AI Agent/ LLM related development experience is a plus.
