Description and Requirements Role: Head of GTAP eCommerce is a Senior leadership position within the Lenovo AP eCommerce division that reports directly to GM/Executive Director of AP eCommerce/Direct Sales. This role leads the online/direct sales over ASEAN, HK, TW, Korea ANZ. Currently GTAP region have established eCommerce business and leaders to own P&L of each respective country and this role is to supervise these leaders to drive the business to achieve targeted unit (market share), revenue, gross margin as well as pre-tax income. The major levers to control this business are pricing, site merchandising, online/offline marketing with spending authorization, product selection, HC capacity control but not restricted to these items.
