Description and Requirements Job Responsibilities: Oversee the status of HRIS projects and support prioritization efforts across initiatives. Monitor resource allocation and assist with resource planning and management to ensure optimal utilization. Support contract and vendor management, including payment tracking, vendor performance review, and contract renewal. Track budget versus actual expenses and provide regular budget updates to HRIS Director. Drive internal team initiatives and proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes. Organize and facilitate regular team meetings and communications. Coordinate team-building activities and internal events. Provide administrative support to HRIS Director. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above. 3-5 years PMO or HRIS/Digital Transformation experience is preferred Excellent written and verbal English is required. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent time management & multi-tasking ability. Good sense of data, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving ability. Responsible and self-driven, good behavior of integrity and compliance. Good team player and can develop good working relationships with cross-functional teams across the globe.
