We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of contracts within the business. Key responsibilities include: Draft, review, and manage contract proposals to align with business goals. Administer and maintain existing contracts and ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards. Negotiate and amend contract terms, securing favourable outcomes for the company while managing risks effectively. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure contract performance meets service level agreements (SLA) and deliverables. Address any issues or deviations in a timely manner. Maintain a comprehensive contract database for easy access and analysis. Manage contract documentation, including variations, amendments, and renewals. Proactively identify risks associated with contracts and contracts’ scope, ensuring zero disputes and minimizing financial exposure. Serve as the point of contact for all contract-related inquiries and disputes. Provide regular progress reports to management on contract performance and milestones. Review and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing contract management and service delivery. Advise senior management on any contract issues requiring attention. Track contract expiration dates and ensure timely renewals and compliance. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Legal Studies, or a related field. Extensive experience may substitute for formal qualifications. Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years in contract administration or a similar role. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Skills and Competencies: Build & maintain strong working relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Understanding of contract management Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple contracts and work under pressure.
