Description and Requirements Responsibilities and Duties: Be responsible for evaluate validation and test capabilities, generate validation and test quotation. Be responsible for generate DVP/PVP based on project information and customer requirements. Be responsible for audit 3rd-party supplier’s test capability and get control for whole purchasing process for external tests. Follow up external test progress, lead failure analysis and failure debug. Be responsible for combine, review and release test report. Be responsible for prepare test related equipment, fixture, and accessories. Qualifications: Bachelor or above degree with more than 3 years working experiences as validation role for development R&D organization, preferred to be in Automotive Electronics field. Extensive knowledge and proficient in operating automotive EMC & Environmental test equipment. Experience in ISO 17025 related audit (CNAS or A2LA). iNARTE certification of EMC engineer is preferred. Knowledge of measurement uncertainty is preferred. Familiar with analog circuits and circuit schematics is preferred. Ability to work independently and think proactively in solving problems. Good communication and interpersonal skills with team work spirit. Proficient English skill in oral and written.
