Description and Requirements 岗位职责： 1 、基于系统及功能需求，进行需求分析、测试用例设计、测试工具开发等工作。 2 、主导关键问题的复现，协助开发工程师定位根因，并验证修复方案的有效性。 3 、主动识别测试过程中的潜在风险，及时进行风险上报，并制定、推动有效的风险缓解计划。 岗位要求： 1 、教育背景： 电子工程、计算机科学、汽车工程、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2 、专业经验： 具备 3 年以上消费电子（平板 / 手机）或智能座舱 / 车载信息娱乐系统（ IVI ）产品测试经验。 深入理解以下多个核心功能域的测试：账号管理、电源管理、音频管理、诊断、 OTA 远程升级、多模态交互。 具备独立承担至少 3 个功能模块的测试设计、测试执行及测试工具开发的能力。 3 、专项测试经验： 拥有以下至少一项专项测试经验： Google GTS (XTS) 测试与认证、 Camera 主客观测试、性能 / 稳定性指标测试、信息安全测试、法律法规符合性测试。 4 、流程与标准经验（优先）： 有实施 IATF 16949 、 ASPICE 质量管理体系流程或 ISO 26262 、 ISO 21434 等安全国际标准的经验者优先。 5 、综合素质： 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、分析判断能力、执行力、语言表达能力和快速学习能力。 6 、语言能力： 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够熟练阅读并理解英文文档，可熟练编写英文测试用例、报告等。 Additional Locations : China - Shanghai - 上海（Shanghai） China China - Shanghai China - Shanghai - 上海（Shanghai） Go back Apply If you require an accommodation to complete this application, please contact ability@lenovo.com
