Strong background in management and team-building, with the drive to lead and inspire. Ability to oversee all three key sectors: Retail, Resale, and Building projects. Exposure to marketing activities (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A genuine desire to thrive in a positive, people-first culture where team members love coming to work.
