In this role, you will provide high level administrative support to a partner and their small team within the Medical Negligence team who are passionate about what they do and are committed to achieving successful outcomes. Our client is looking for someone with at least 2-3 years experience as a Legal Assistant/Secretary and experience within litigation. Your responsibilities will include: Diary management Filter incoming telephone calls and deal with inquiries and requests Collate and file court documents (Defendant) Draft and finalise correspondence and legal documentation Liaising with clients and being able to deal with inquiries and requests Monthly billing and checking time sheet entries Following up outstanding invoices Open, close and archive files, as necessary File management Dictation As a firm they offer: Above market salary Hybrid working Paid parental leave Social activities for those who enjoy Health and wellbeing programs And much more!
