Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and performance management systems. Manage HRIS and payroll systems, deliver efficient day-to-day HR services. Foster a positive workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and support organisational values. Oversee C&B frameworks, ensuring competitive and equitable reward systems. Provide expert advice on legislation and awards; ensure compliance across all HR practices. Design and deliver training programs, support capability building, and drive continuous development initiatives. Strong people leadership, effective communication, and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
