And as a permanent Client Service Officer from our Brisbane CBD office, in our Disability and Superannuation team, that starts with you. We're offering this role on the basis of four (4) days per week, working consecutive days either Monday - Thursday, or Tuesday - Friday, with work hours 8:15am - 5:00pm - you choose which consecutive day option works for you! With empathy, adaptability and initiative, you will be a true champion of our clients by: Responding to inbound calls and other communications to the Disability & Superannuation Insurance team. Cultivating strong relationships and trust through empathy and understanding, interpreting client needs and connecting them with the right legal team members. Answering questions, obtaining and recording accurate information, and identifying and qualifying needs for potential claims. Corresponding with third parties when required to obtain client related information. Supporting the Disability & Superannuation team with administrative tasks and optimising the use of internal systems to process information. Applying your keen eye to spot opportunities for improvement so that we can stay ahead of the pack and deliver the best outcomes for clients. What you’ll bring Previous administration/business support experience. If you’ve had previous experience in a call centre, that’s ideal but it’s not essential. Accurate typing skills with intermediate Word & Excel skills. Keen eye for detail in your document management and collation skills. You’ll be naturally empathetic and have a resolute passion for helping people. You’ll recognise and value the importance of your role in being the gateway to support our clients.
